Shit Storm
Aquatint etching, 16x12 cm, 2024

About the Work

Etching with aquatint and line etching
Small edition of 10
Printed on Hahnemühle paper, 230 g, off white

Beneath a pressing, dense black field in aquatint, stands a fragile house, trying to remain upright. A small, stubborn outline under a heavy, chaotic sky.

There is no poetic filter here, only the blunt language we often reach for when all other words fail. And in that directness, a kind of resistance reveals itself. Not a grand defiance, but a quiet refusal to disappear.
